Shipping & Delivery Policy

Curate Health doesn’t prescribe, dispense, store or ship medication. If an independent licensed provider prescribes medication for you, it’s filled and shipped directly to you by a licensed partner pharmacy in the United States.

Shipping is included in your membership. There’s no separate shipping or handling charge.

The pharmacy can only ship once your provider has written the prescription. After that, the pharmacy usually ships within 2 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days more. These are typical times, not guarantees, and holidays and weather can add to them.

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number. Each month after that follows the same steps: your monthly provider visit, then the pharmacy ships if medication is prescribed.

Medication ships to addresses in the United States, in the states where our partner providers and pharmacies are licensed to serve you. If they can’t serve your state, we cancel your membership and refund what you paid in full.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. Tell us at info@curatehealth.clinic as soon as it changes.

Medication that has to be kept cold is shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Bring it inside and store it as the label says as soon as it arrives.

If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, if your order is marked delivered but you don’t have it, or if it arrives damaged, warm when it should be cold, or not what was prescribed, email info@curatehealth.clinic within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include a photo if the package arrived. We work with the pharmacy to resend or replace it at no cost to you.

Prescription medication can’t be returned once dispensed. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refunds.
