Your membership, billing and payments, canceling, booking your monthly provider visit, shipping and delivery of an order, and your account. Please email from the address on your membership and tell us your full name, so we can find you quickly.
2. Medical questions
Questions about your health, your treatment or a medication go to your provider, who you can reach through your visit. Curate Health’s staff can’t give medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
