Curate Health

HIPAA Notice

Last updated October 6, 2026

This notice explains how Curate Health, LLC handles health information, and where to find the Notice of Privacy Practices that applies to your medical care.

1. Who provides your medical care

Curate Health is a wellness membership company, not a healthcare provider. Medical care, including evaluations, prescribing and follow-up, is provided by independent licensed providers through our telemedicine partner, and prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies.

Those providers and pharmacies are covered entities under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Each gives you its own Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how it uses and discloses your protected health information and your rights under HIPAA. You can ask your provider for theirs at any time, or email info@curatehealth.clinic and we’ll send it to you.

2. When Curate Health handles your health information

To coordinate your membership, we may receive or pass along health information, such as the health questions you answer before a visit and the details needed to deliver medication. When we do this on behalf of a provider or pharmacy, we protect the information the way HIPAA requires.

We use health information only to coordinate your visits and medication, to operate your membership, and as the law requires. We don’t sell it. We don’t use it for marketing without your written permission. We don’t share it with employers.

3. How we protect it

Information you send through this site is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and stored encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

4. Your rights

Under HIPAA you have the right to see and get a copy of your health records, to ask for corrections, to ask for a list of certain disclosures, to ask for limits on how your information is used or shared, and to ask to be contacted in a particular way. Your medical records are kept by your provider, so these requests are handled through them. Email info@curatehealth.clinic and we’ll put you in touch with the right place.

5. Concerns and complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, email info@curatehealth.clinic. You can also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, at www.hhs.gov/ocr/complaints. You won’t be retaliated against for filing a complaint.

How we handle other personal information, such as your contact details and payment information, is described in our Privacy Policy.
