Curate Health

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

This policy applies to Curate Health, LLC (“Curate Health,” “we,” “us”), to curatehealth.clinic, to the members area and to the Curate Health app.

1. What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email, mobile number, date of birth and state, and the password you choose. We keep the password only in a scrambled form that can’t be turned back into the password.

Answers you choose to give. Your answers to the questionnaires in the members area, and the health questions you answer when you ask to see a provider.

A photo ID, if you upload one for a provider visit.

Payment. Membership payments are made from your bank account (ACH). We keep the bank details you give us, your routing and account numbers, secure: they’re encrypted when we store them. When card payments are offered, your card is handled by our payment processor, and Curate Health never stores your card number.

What the site records. Ordinary web log data.

2. What we use it for

To run your membership, to connect you with our telemedicine partner when you ask for a visit, to take payment, to send you membership messages, to answer your questions, to meet our legal obligations and, only if you have agreed to it, to send you wellness tips and news about Curate Health.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

When you ask for a visit, the information the visit needs goes to our telemedicine partner and the independent licensed provider who sees you. If that provider prescribes, the licensed pharmacy that fills the prescription receives what it needs to dispense and ship it. Our payment processor receives what it needs to take payment. Service providers who run the platform for us (hosting, email delivery, text message delivery) receive it under contract and only to do that work. And anyone we are legally required to share it with.

When you fill in a movement, nutrition or lifestyle questionnaire, and only if you check the box agreeing to it, your answers, first name and age go to Anthropic, an AI company, through its secure service, to draft your plan. Dr. Dorski reviews and approves every plan before you see it. If you don't check the box, nothing goes to Anthropic and Dr. Dorski writes your plan herself.

We do not sell your information to, or share it with, lead generators or data brokers.

4. Mobile numbers and text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Put plainly: the mobile number you give us, and the fact that you agreed to be texted, are never sold, never rented and never passed to anyone else for their own marketing. They are used to reach you about your membership and, separately and only if you have agreed, to send you wellness tips and news about Curate Health.

We keep a record of when and how you agreed to receive text messages, and of any request to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. The program, and how to stop or restart it, is described in section 5 of our Terms of Service.

5. How we protect it

A photo ID is kept in private storage and opens only through a short-lived link. Access to member records is limited to the people who run your membership and the platform it runs on. We keep records for as long as the law requires.

6. Your medical records

Curate Health doesn’t provide medical care, but we do keep records in your member file. After a visit through our telemedicine partner, we upload the prescription and the clinical notes from that visit into your member file, so Curate Health has access to those medical records. We keep them in a secure file, in private storage, and only the people who run your membership can open it.

Your full medical record is kept by the provider who treats you, under that provider’s own privacy notice. Ask them about it through our telemedicine partner.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we aren’t required to keep. Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages. Write to info@curatehealth.clinic.

8. Children

Curate Health is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information about children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed.
