How Billing Works

When you sign, we draft $230 from your bank account, and your login comes to your email right away. Your membership starts on the 1st of the month after it clears, and your doctor visit opens that day.
Every month after that, $230 by bank draft on the 20th, for the next month, or the next business day when the 20th is a weekend or bank holiday.

Medication Access

Membership includes compounded semaglutide up to 2.5 mg weekly or compounded tirzepatide up to 7.5 mg weekly. Doses above these amounts are not included.

Medication is prescribed solely by an independent licensed medical provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Whether medication is appropriate for you is determined entirely by the provider. Curate Health does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or dispense medication.
